​​Project Manager / Lead Estimator

​Aresco of Tidewater, LLC, a full-service restoration company located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, is looking to hire a full-time Project Manager / Lead Estimator to join its emergency disaster restoration team.  If you are looking for a long-term opportunity and a fresh start with a growing well-respected full-service restoration company, Aresco of Tidewater, LLC may be the place for you.   Our minimum requirements are listed below. Responsibilities:

 - Lead and manage our mitigation and repair crews.
 - Manage our jobs to ensure prompt response, timely communication and quick turnaround times and job completion.
 - Manage our insurance program jobs and relationships.
 - Proficient in industry estimating and scheduling programs and processes such as Xactimate.

 Position Minimum Requirements:

 - High School; Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not a requirement.
 - Hands on familiarity with insurance programs and obligations.
 - IICRC current certifications in water, mold, carpet cleaning, smoke\odor, fire including contents cleaning and inventory, and trauma.

 - 3+ years of experience (residential and commercial) in water extraction and structural drying, mold remediation, fire, smoke and odor control and mitigation.
 - 3+ years of experience managing teams of restoration professionals.

​- Working knowledge of carpet cleaning and ProChem truck mount system.

- Ability to multitask and run multiple restoration jobs at once. 
 - Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
 - Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism and the ability to work effectively with homeowners, insurance agents, and claims adjusters.
 - Proficient in MS Office products.
 - Great organizational, analytical, attention to detail, time and personnel management skills.
 - Ability to respond quickly to a changing environment.
 - On call on rotation basis.
- Ability to respond quickly to a changing environment.
- Willingness to be flexible and take on new assignments as directed.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Pass background check along with drug testing.

Compensation: Salary plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.   Benefits include company vehicle, health insurance, and 401k.
